Firearms and Ammunition:
All sales of firearms and ammunition are final. Once a firearm has been purchased transferred to a customer's name, no returns will be accepted. In the event that a defect in a firearm purchased from Coat of Arms is found, the customer is to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve any issue.
All Other Merchandise:
Any other items purchased from Coat of Arms that are found to be damaged upon receipt or not to the customer's satisfaction, the item may be returned to Coat of Arms within 14 days of receipt of the item. The customer is to contact Coat of Arms to obtain a return authorization prior to returning items (click here to begin return request). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items that are received in a non sellable condition as determined by Coat of Arms are subject to up to 30% restocking fees.
All Firearms must be shipped to dealers with a valid FFL.
To ensure the quickest delivery of your firearm, have your FFL email a copy of their FFL to firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot ship firearms to a PO Box address. Contact your local FFL to discuss the transfer fees that you will be charged to transfer your firearm before completing your order with us.
We do not carry firearms catered to particular states, so check your local and state regulations for any magazine or firearm restrictions. We charge a 5% restocking fee for orders cancelled due to shipping restrictions.
We do not ship to Washington D.C.
